It’s been 18 months of HARD WORK and I am proud to say that Vee (as we call her) has transformed her life in every possible way. Even though we became friends in 2008, our friendship has evolved the most in the last year and a half as our bodies and minds have changed. She has lost over 80Ibs and is still going as she prepares to participate in her first fitness competition in 2013. She is also no longer a diabetic and all previous health related ailments have vanished.
Watching her work hard every morning to a point where she now complains when her workouts are easy lol, has been inspiring to say the least. This new life style does come with a somewhat hefty tag and for Vee she was forced to cut ties with old friends that did not understand or support her new lifestyle. I am very, very proud of my friend and cannot wait to see her hit the stage in 2013.
How did Vee do it? She Invested in seeking in the best information/Trainer, Stayed focused, took it a day at a time, found accountability partners and stayed consistent! Just like vee, you can do it but make sure that you give it your best effort.
A journey begins with a single step. For progress, the single steps must keep multiplying, consistently lest the journey comes to a quick halt.Working out is a journey which requires you to want change so badly that you courageously make the first step. Once that’s done, you need a support system; something or someone/some people that can keep you accountable and motivated to stick with it.
I’m blessed to have an array of accountability partners and I hope to share the Inspiration I receive EVERYDAY with anybody that needs it.
NO MAN IS AN ISLAND…WE ALL NEED EACH OTHER.

Jane, am really impressed with this coz this actually me right now. Am obese and i really need to cut down. Do you have any recommendations to a good trainer in Baltimore Md? Or does your trainer have anyone in mind? I really need to do something.
Thanks
Hello, This is awesome. Its really inspirational. I have recently started running to keep fit and for health reasons and reading this article has made me realise it is possible.
Well done and keep up the great work.
Many thanks,
Wow!! Way to Go Vee!!! Jane, thanks for such an inspirational story.
After consistently going to the gym and keeping fit for the last four years, I still had not attained the body i desired.
I invested in a trainer two months ago and although expensive, it has been so worth it! I’m already seeing changes on my arms and legs.
I would urge anyone willing to get some serious results to consider investing in a good trainer. It is worth it.
WOW!!! what an inspiration, its hard to believe that its the same person.
Jane cant wait for you to get to +254……
This is very inspirational especially to me since am kinda similar to her before pic due to no workout since high school P E or Cross country runs when i was forced to do it. Finally my mind is clear and ready to get into shape and yesterday was my first day in a gym and miraculously not been conscience on who is looking at me working out and got my cardio started and done and felt great than ever BUT after my 30 mins cardio i didn’t know what to do next and went home thinking i need a plan to work out or will easily give up. I need some guidance on what exercises to do after my cardio, my commitment is 4 times a week due to my work schedule and in addition my nursing profession has me on my feet all the time and noticed yesterday i need to do more intense cardio to sweat to keep my heart rate up.HELP me unlock this workouts jane. My husband is my best support system in the gym and at home but we have very opposite goals and his seem to be working better in a day.Cheers and looking good sister.
