3 Days Out

The next 3 days are dedicated to 3 MAJOR things:

1. Eat – Make sure I’m eating all my 6 meals on time.

2. Rest – Get as much rest as possible which is easy for me because I do LOVE to sleep :)

3. Get in my ‘competition zone’ – Practice my stage presence and posing

NO MORE WORKING OUT: The remaining time is NOT for last minute training or cardio but for letting the hard work I’ve been putting in literally come together hence the much needed rest.
