Vitamins and Supplements

As a Fitness Athlete taking vitamins and supplements is of great importance.

Vitamin List: MultiVitamin, Zinc, Magnesium, CoQ10, Potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Fish Oil/Omega 3 and Glutamine
Supplemtents List: Dhea, BCAA’s, L-Carnitine

Vitamins are available at most grocery stores (walmart, publix, kroger etc), pharmacies (wallgreens, riteaid, cvs etc) or specialty stores like GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Discount Nutrition, and of course online.

In Kenya, these can be bought from  Healthy U,most pharmacies and groceries stores like Nakumatt, Tuskys and Uchumi.
